Verizon’s Return Policy allows customers to exchange or return wireless devices and accessories within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
The policy stipulates that online purchases can be returned within 14 days via mail, while in-store purchases should be returned in-store.
The device can only be exchanged once. ‘Buy One Get One Free’ or similar offers require both products to be returned.

Items must be returned with the complete original packaging to initiate a return request. Items must be in mint condition, and with all returns, the original customer receipt must be returned.

What is Verizon’s Refund Policy?

Credit will be in your credit card account for a purchase charged to a credit card in 10-15 days. A purchase will be credited in two billing cycles if the purchase was billed to your account.

Verizon Return Policy After 30 Days
If you’re looking to return a device after 30 days, you’re going to be charged an Early Termination Fee where applicable, which would occur if you had a contract with Verizon.

You will also waive the right to receive a refund, and you will have to pay back all promotional credits that you received as part of the promotion, such as the credit for trading in an old device.

Orders placed by phone may not be changed but may be canceled and replaced with a new order.
New customers may cancel an order and place a new one, while old customers may change their shipping addresses. In-store pickup orders cannot be changed or canceled but can be canceled if not picked up within 3 days.
